KUDOS Program
A company that does a good job at recognizing their employees' performance is more likely to have a happier workforce. The Kudos Employee Recognition Program ultimately brings productivity to a company that adopts it. All employees, vendors, affiliates and customers are encouraged to nominate a colleague, department or co-worker in writing, detailing one of the categories below.
Kudos "Pat on the Back" Award: This recognizes an employee for their assistance in a particular situation, instance, or project.
Kudos "Extra Effort" Award: This recognizes special accomplishments, extra efforts, good deeds, or other outstanding activities of an individual who has gone "well above and beyond" their normal duties and activities in a particular situation, activity, or project.

Quarterly Submission are accepted:
Jan - Mar 2011 (WINNER: Tammy Groves, Customer Support Manager)
Apr - Jun 2011 (WINNER: Chris Akers, Area Sales Manager)
Jul - Sept 2011
Oct - Dec 2011
Each quarter an employee will be recognized. At the end of the year two employees will be chosen for Employee of the Year.
